My Journey in Film and Production
While I never saw a pattern in the variety of jobs I had, looking back I can see the camera as a central part of my working life – whether in front or behind I always seemed to gravitate to the lens. From working with stills & 16mm at school to my 1st job as a cameraman for Channel 7 in Broken Hill (briefly – but that’s another story) to acting in local TVC's, shorts & feature films to running my own production company.

I’m semi-retired now but still do lighting for regional TVCs as well as shooting interviews & whatever else that interests me. Recently I''ve filmed and edited a music video and an interview series for a local production company.  I spent a month in Fiji working on a period feature as 2nd camera & gaffer and DOP'd 2 tropfest shorts (one of which made the shortlist).
